How Important is Your Health?:

The answer to this question for everybody is of course ‘most important’ and it is often said that ‘health is everything’, because without good health, nothing else matters a great deal. There is little doubt that good health relies on having a healthy active lifestyle, which incorporates a healthy diet.

When we read of the increasing incidence of heart diseases, strokes, diabetes, arthritis and similar, we realise how easy it is for anyone to become a sufferer. This has most likely built up over many years and diet changes with exercise could reduce it.
