The Person:
To be considered as an EasyMate Distributor, you will need to meet our rigorous selection criteria. Whilst this may sound onerous, it is in fact a very straight forward process. First and foremost you need to be a person of high integrity, who is prepared to work honestly, in a forthright, friendly environment. The reason for this is obvious, because while you are working for yourself and in your own time, you would still be part of a professional team and be expected to meet those standards. The second reason, is that you would be distributing a medical device and educating people on its use. As such, you would be dealing with important health matters that could affect a persons well-being and this brings with it a high level of individual responsibility.
The second and equally important criteria is that you must be a person who has a burning desire to succeed and who is willing to take action to make this happen. This is not a program for those who may be looking for a “golden egg” or a “quick dollar”. This is a serious long term business with an excellent income potential and it requires a definite level of effort and dedication. The third important criteria is that you must have a strong desire to help people and this means having excellent communication skills and being prepared to discuss various product details with Doctors and health professionals. It also means that you should be prepared to undertake an appropriate amount of training in the use of the EasyMate product range, as well as acquiring a general understanding of a number of health issues.
In addition, you will need to meet our specific criteria on a number of practical matters which will include providing certain personal and financial details. A detailed CV and references will also be required.
Is This You?
Some people may think that they might not meet the criteria and therefore may not apply. For this reason, we have included this section to assist you. Firstly, we have no criteria in respect of age, gender, ethnicity and etc. You could be a young person starting out or a retired person looking at coming back to work. You could be someone who has recently lost their job or a person who wants a complete change of direction. You could very likely be someone who is fed up working for a boss and wants to go out on their own. It is even quite probable that you are looking for a lifestyle change, by working from home, so that you can enjoy quality time with family and friends.
This opportunity is not restricted to an individual person and it may well be that you and your partner (or friend, or associate) may wish to combine and work together. Work-from-home mums may find this opportunity suits them, as the work hours are entirely up to the individual. Those already (or previously) involved in the health industry may find this opportunity particularly attractive. Perhaps you are a nurse, health worker or health professional, in which case your knowledge and experience would be a decided advantage. Retired or semi-retired persons may also find this opportunity attractive, in that they can work a limited numbers of hours, at their own pace, while still enjoying the later years of life.
In short, we are open to applications from people from all walks of life and experience is not necessary, as we will provide all the training. You must however, meet and be prepared to demonstrate that you fulfill our criteria above.
Your Role:
In many ways, your role as an Easymate distributor is not unlike that of a consultant or product advisor. Obviously, to do this, you need an excellent level of knowledge (gained from our training). You will gain the confidence needed to talk to health professionals and doctors about the EasyMate product range and how it can assist in monitoring relevant blood levels. Many Doctor’s surgeries would like to be able to use a product such as EasyMate, as a point-of-care for their patients. The same goes for a number of health care clinics, seniors groups, retirement villages and aged care facilities. 
You would visit these establishments and explain the advantages of point-of-care monitoring, including the quick results and the lower cost factor. Of course you must be prepared to demonstrate the product range in a confident manner and not be frightened about a tiny drop of blood! Product demonstration is a key factor in the program.
You would also visit and talk with Natural Medicine Practitioners, about them being able to offer a point-of-care service, in addition to them selling the kits and consumables. Pharmacy is another avenue for the marketing of the EasyMate product range and your local pharmacist would no doubt be very interested. Marketing and educating the end user is probably the most effective way of getting continuity business. We all know of people who suffer from diabetes, high cholesterol, gout and other health problems that may require the relevant blood level monitoring. You will be amazed at how many of your friends, associates and acquaintances would just love to be able to check and monitor their blood levels, particularly when they realise how quick, easy and cost effective it is. We are certain that you will find a ready market, once you spread the word! We should hasten to point out that you should never advise people on a course of action unless they first consult their doctor or health professional.
